Hello, my name is Michelle (Alves) Souza, Artistic Director/Owner of In-Step Dance Studio.  I am a wife and a mother of 2.  I started dancing at the young age of 3, and through my years I have been trained in ballet, jazz, tap, point and hip-hop.  I also have 18 years experience teaching children thru adult. My choreography includes dance recitals, danced competitions and Bryant College Dance Team.
